Mint’s naturally soothing scent is often used as a homeopathic remedy for nausea and upset stomach, and may help with the symptoms of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). It’s also a natural stimulant, helping to perk you up during a long afternoon, or even give you a healthy jolt before you head to the gym. Add in hemp seeds, which also help with sustained energy, and you have an invigorating snack that won’t spike your blood sugar.


Combine all ingredients in a blender 


  • 1 1/2 oz baby spinach
  • 1 pear peeled and chopped
  • 2 green -tomatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 bunch mint – stemmed
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
